Hi Judith not too sure how I got through the day but I feel exhausted just sitting around in the heat & of course my asthma is not great so that makes just the simpliest task too much hard work......... it is still 26c absolutely ridiculous..... not looking forward to going to the doctors although it is a morning appointment this week but the weather app says 25c I cannot afford to reschedule...... I might just take an extra 20 mins to walk up as slow as I can....... at least it is slightly downhill on the way back........ maybe pick up some essentials in the coop on way home...... not even sure if I will go to Bingo this Thursday evening if it is this hot, the climbing of the stairs in the hall will take me ages lol!! there is a stair lift but half the time it is not working properly & quite honestly I would be more worried about falling out ha ha!!
