Hi Kim, you're doing really well with your weight loss. My granddaughter lost about 40 pounds, i believe, but came off the Ozempic for awhile and started to gain a bit back. I'm not sure that she is still on it because it was getting expensive. She is married with 2 teens but will be taking nursing courses online from a college here. Her goal is to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and then a Registered Nurse. It's a long process but she has experience being a Community Personal Support Worker.

Hi Kim, the trains since being privatise have raised the fares by extortionate amounts l agree. The last time l went by train the carriage and passages were filthy. It was a long while ago though. If we went by bus and coach it would have taken longer and more expensive. As a kid we went free as my dad was a railway man, and had so many free passes a year. When are you off to Cyprus its soon isnt it? , l miss the sea abroad but hubby is not a swimmer  so rarely used to go swimming. Sleep well Hun, too darn hot here still . night night xxx

Hi Kim.. It's better when you can sit out.. I'm like you fans whirring.. The dogs hate it.. I got a tea towel and put it under the cold tap wrung it out and put it on the dogs back.. It cooled her down..lol xxx
