Hi Judy, l am ok thanks , tired but ok. Sorry its still so cold there. Yes just got some news on the scooter, they will come take the damaged scooter away. not necessarily on the same day they will bring the replacement one ,unpack it , assemble it and make sure it is working as it should. No charge for this service which is normally at a cost of £60 l think. They will also phone to make arrangements as to when to come.  Have a good day Hun xx
