Hi Judy, weather better today, too warm for me l must admit . So all windows open, and brolly's in the garden up to give shade. Cant wait for this food regime to be over, why tummy hates it  lol. . Hi Judy, Its cooler here too, and very windy. But its bright and sunny after the very heavy downpour earlier.. I hope you dont get a long downpour of heavy rain, much better a steady fall so flooding doesnt occur on the dry ground. I am ok ,though the low residue diet has started today in prep for my procedure. Not good for me its very bland and limited due to my intolerances . Makes me feel yuk, l like fresh fruit and what l call whole foods. This is what l call junk food. Soft tinned veg, fruit cordials , chocolate, biscuits , tinned veg and spaghetti. I can eat white rice , and my own bread and fish so  thats a help. Moan over lol. . I hope you are keeping well Hun, have a good rest of the day xxx

Hi Judy, l feel for you our highest has been 30C and humid, much too hot for me. We are cooling for a few days and some strong winds for a few hours forecast tomorrow. Please take extra care during the heat hours, l feel for those on some kinds of anti-depressants , because they cause dehydration with or without high temperatures. Extra fluids are a must here now, A good refreshing/hydrating drink in the blender is Orange, Lemon, Cucumber and filtered water. l had a letter from the hospital , l have to ring them to make arrangements for my procedure. So my doctor must have harried them , as l was over due again by months for my 6 monthly exploratory.  He read my letter from the surgeon sent to him after my last surgery, he thinks l may need more surgery this time. I hope not as it means having to arrange transport across town. l /we cant walk up  the hill to the hospital. Have a good rest of the evening Hun xxx

Hi Judy, very little rain here atm. the weather is in thigh 20's mostly but closer to 30 C until Sunday. l missed a call from the hospital but they will send details by post should be here early next week. So hot at night cant sleep but  not too bad in myself overall. l hope you are keeping well Hun xx
