Morning Yvonne well another cloudy windy start here good blow out for the bed linen though so should dry quickly out there!
just work bits to get ready today and re-make the bed no other jobs that i need to do! so will hopefully find a film or 2 to watch later
think my hayfever is mixing in with my cold as well have taken antihistamines that seems to dry it up for a while
i have a tiny sunflower growing from seed its had a little growth spurt over night so i might get a big one eventually one of the ladies in our mental health team planted it & gave it to me

Splashed--I guess it was a good day--didn't do much except sit with a scardy cat(but he has sat with me for other things ,so all okay)It is down starting to feel chilly so I guess I will have to get the blanket back on the bed tonight.  That what I figure--vitamins taken properly never hurt and if you lacking something maybe that fix it.Hoping there is no more storms tonight--have a good night
