First let me apologise for my insensitivity. I'm so very sorry you had such a terrible loss. You must miss your husband very much, especially with the celebration of Yule. All I know it that's it a very old religion, pre dating Christianity (not sure about the Jewish faith, as it's over 3000 years old)., I also know there's more dead sea scrolls being unearthed. . I hope you enjoy Angel and the family. although you will miss your daughter-in-law travelling to Indonesia , would you never like to go to spent the holidays away? She  (Rachael) rang me again this evening. I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful daughter. I really know how blessed I am. Good friends, like yourself darling girl. Rachael, Darren (Rachael's husband) my nephew and his wife who live about 25 miles frm me., my niece in Stamford Connecticut (and her family and sons} the rest of my extended Jewish family in Westchester). I have no Jewish friends in England. Living in the hills (reminds me of the film "the hills have eyes" lol).  Thank you my darling girl for your friendship.It means a lot , Lots of love & hugz xxx

Hi Lovely, it's only little o'l me again. Will you have anyone with you at Christmas (apart from your hubby?). Or are you having an intimate holiday with just the two of you? My Rachael is so very sweet, I noticed on Amazon, she's ordered me a stocking with an S on it to hang on her mantle piece...The girls were brought up Christian, so, although I spend Hanukkah alone, it's late  this year, starting on the 20th, so when I go over on the 24th we'll celebrate both (I'm hedging my bets lol) I've not mentioned it to my on-line Rabbi, although it's a very liberal synagogue There is no synagogue near me, the nearest is  20 miles away. So I go online. It's great as I've made many friends from all over, which is lovely. Sending, love, light, blessings and of course hugz xxxxx

Hi Beautiful, How come your Texas grandchild and her mother are travelling to Indonesia? That's a far cry from Texas (or America for that matter). So, you're nearly done for your Christmas. My fairy tree is sparkling with silver butterflies, glass angels and a couple of ballerina ornaments in my sister's memory, as well as a couple of 24 carat gold limited addition fairies, I bought some time ago now, and they only come out around this time of year, Take care my dear friend, all love and gentle hugz xxx

How sweet to name the fairy Marta.  I named my Fairy Marta after a best friend I had in High School who passed right after high school.
