Hi Annie, well our days have gone from one extreme to the other! Thursday was so lovely and yet Friday's been awful, stayed dreary and overcast all day and then we had the stop start rain - thankfully we filled the bird feeders up yesterday. Did I tell you mum spotted a rat? Just the one though and she was straight out there with her garlic granules, the wild part of the garden stinks like an Italian restaurant 😂 Had a visit from Kim this afternoon. It's her birthday and she'd treated herself to a massage in town, I asked her if she could pop over if she had time and when she did, we gave her her pressies. She stayed for a couple of hours which was nice and now we're arguing over whose turn it is for lunch next week.

Technically it's hers but I'm claiming it as her birthday lunch which means it's my turn again. I'll win because I'll just fib and tell her I've bought the ingredients already 😉 Roast beef, mmmmm, mmmmmm, mmmmmmmmmmm 😋 I had salmon fillets with baby new potatoes and salad, very nice it was too. Luke brought me home a Boost bar as my Friday night treat, haven't had one of those for years! I've been really picky today, battling constantly with myself not to keep eating! I had a packet of crisps and a dozen Skittles before bed! He's travelling to London with his girlfriend on Saturday, they're going off to see a band called PowerWolf at Wembley Arena!

They're actually a German power metal band. I don't like their music purely because it's not to my taste but I love their Werewolf and Vampire themed costumes. They're staying in a hotel Saturday the night after the concert and will come home sometime Sunday. I was on HRT patches too but I was diagnosed with multiple blood clots on both my lungs and they refused to let me go back on them. I had a look at more of the supplements and shampoos last night and there's just so many of them. I do want to do something though... I just don't know what yet. Finished another Yellow Trail today, I was so lucky, one garden has had the last three critters the same as mine - the Ostriches and Black Unicorns really, really helped me out.

Short break whilst I wait for my plants to catch up, I'm rubbish at this timing to FG or RFH lark 🙄😂 Dad's had another good day which has a knock on effect with mum. We know it won't last but we'll take it for now. Anyway, that's enough from me, I need to get to bed. Hope you had a good evening, anf slept well. Love and hugs xx
