I'm so with you on the domestic chores front. I do ALL the ironing and i like to shine my shoes up Marine-style!
next run tomorrow or weds, weather looks decent here finally, 14c and sunny! My god its spring at last lol

After catching up on the football and clearing the ironing i ran 9.92 miles this morning at 8 min/mile pace which is SLOW for me but was actually quite comfortable, and i took a gel which im convinced has helped me be less achy as it contained electrolytes etc.

cooked a lovely chicken and veg tonite and heading to bed soon - the dreaded early alarm beckons.

well a boring week mainly catching up on stuff. I ran 7 miles on weds in under 51 mins, and a tough 10K around Hyde Park. The first straight had a very cold headwind so 4 laps of that stopped any decent time, but 43.52 is still 7.04 a mile which in the circumstances is ok.

tomorrow, finish the last of the ironing and head out for 9.5 miles slowly, maybe with a gel as a booster at the halfway mark. weather looks terrible so will get it done by 10 or 11am. Cooking roast chicken later in the day.
