I am missing all your cool critters. I have put double organic down for 24 hours. One more day at work and then 2 off. Monday will be physio then chores, Tuesday physio then Brighton to see sister for nice lunch. Looking forward to that and maybe some sea air :-)

My lovely boss said i could work from home today, so of course I was up at 7am and hit the road at 8am for 5.88 miles in 44 mins, 7.30 pace with one big hill. Had a hair cut and will start work at 1pm.

Hows the temperature over there?

The sun has made a rare appearance. It was chilly, 3c, so running tights, 2 tops, and 7.52 miles despatched before breakfast and a 2-10pm shift coming up. Thats better :-)

I play odd socks on my phone, if you join a group you do not add more friends, and you just play with your team members unless you want to add more people , kind of fun, the washing machine spits out socks and you match them to make pairs, 

frustrating to say the least, and my husband is a pc wiz  he hooked me up with this keyboard , and I cant use the keys on my lap top
so when I start typing and the cursor is not on the space I have to retype it lol  woe is me,

I cant use my phone for fairyland either

well you may have the cold, we have the rain! I travelled to Crystal Palace stadium where many moons ago my sporting idol Seb Coe graced the track, and ran through the rain, up the numerous hills and inclines, through the treacherous downhill muddy woodland bit which caught a few people, and finished 6 / 63 in 22.21. An amazing time. If I'd filmed it and showed you, you would still not believe it. A good workout though.

Tired of grey weather, rain, wearing layers. Need the spring to hurry up.

came home, did some chores, an hour of ironing, and now gearing up for slow-cooked casserole and mash and veg.
