you were writing as I was...and oh...I' got some tears...some good ones though...so beautiful what you wrote...love you too...and getting to know you and your family ...and sharing gardening...and love/hate relationship with fairyland lol..the friendship...the caring...the sharing...I've maintained friendships with people I've met online and then some in person for over 20 years...a story for another time...I feel like it's a form of what they use to have a long time ago when people wrote and exchanged letters...please wish your family a beautiful Christmas for me also...xx I feel through you I have gotten to know them too...I think you an exceptional mom and most awesome giving beautiful person...and always remember how much you give to everyone and how much you are needed in this world...a bright loving light...zxxx

good morning...woke up this moring to the trash truck and the beast bounding off the bed...and me right after because I forgot to put the barrel out...that's about how the morning is going still lol...enough snow that I had to get dressed and truck through the park to my plow guy and ask for my driveway to be done...it's only about 3 inches but I honestly don't and can't deal with it lol...I found out last nite my granddog honey got put down yesterday afternoon...I noticed a couple of months ago just touching her something was off..she started losing weight..last couple of weeks not eating..if she did she threw up...I think she was full of cancer...my daughter in law was running every couple of days back and forth...different meds..cooking food for her...she was 13 years old...Honey was her name...she was a white/golden lab like one of yours...that's the short version of it all..I use to take her all the timw when they went on vacations till I permanently inherited the beast ..she was so sweet...greeted me every time I came to the house...I always spent a few minutes loving on her...so sad and hard..

I'm tired and cranky and sore lol...sorry for ranting...and I called g/f up north cause I figured nite was already shot and I had been avoinding for days..that's always a saga...no work on moms blanket..but Friday is going to be in the 50s but they're saying tons of rain so I am going no where and that will be my focus for the day...I have to get that done...ok I'm off for some aspirin and to finish my cup of magic and out the door...hope your day gets better...xxx

again long rant..so bottom line is a company that deals with co ops which is what the park would become if I think it's 80 percent opting for it...that company would manage the property ..we would hire them...but once the park accepts a bid they have to notify every resident ...then the president will set up a meeting in the town community center for 4 hours and everyone will get to ask all their questions about being a co op..or if someone else buys it...what can they do with rents etc..they have to by law stay a 55 plus park and there are different laws for that...what will happen if it becomes a  co op but some don't want to be in it etc...so the president is all on top of it...just a matter of mostly residents buy it or someone else comes in and then the ramifications of all the laws of what they can do etc..he already told me even though I don't live there I am welcome to come and represent my mother...so mom and I will have to have a talk...after the holidays...

good morning...I got to be so late last nite...too much happening..barely done with car knock on wood...furnace now...the last week I've been on the phone a few times with my aunt...my cousin her son just got out of the hospital...a miracle he made it...his lings are shot..he has congestive heart failure...kidney issues...oxygen 24 -7..talking makes him breathless..nebulizer treatment every 6 hours..just...ughhhh cause we know it's coming and I just throw it into the back of my head ...now the park thing..trying to finish up my stuff for next round of Christmas stuff...had a long conversation last nite with the president of the association in my moms park...basically the residents have first option to buy...lots of stuff I already knew...what they're asking is 8 million dollars for it..so taking bids now..someone has said 6 million has been offered but the President hadn't heard that.....long story short...
