good morning..I just woke up...took a gummie last night and it was liights out..needed the sleep...yayyyyyyy on being at kims...and a misting fan sounds like something a spa would have.....and you know yourself best and your body...stick to you're decisions...I have Osteo...and arthritis bad in my hips and lower back..scan almost 3 years ago..they wanted me on a pill that I looked up side effects ..said no thank you...client that's a nurse said the meds for that aren't good..but a g/f told me she gets a shot I think it's twice a year..when I get back to getting my stuff done I have to address this...have a mosttttttttttttt fab day at Kims....xxxxxx

Hi Nicky - finally done cleaning and am just about ready for bed!   I'm so sorry you are having that horrible heat wave.  It's actually heading our way.   It was pretty humid today but not TOO bad.   I hope you get a little break.   Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow, but hopefully will have a little more time to sprinkle and  hunt for seeds.  I hope yourfeeling okay!   Sweet dreams my friend!  🌻💜🌻💜

I haven’t lingered much on the game lately-with work seriously monopolizing my time then I get home and just crash on the couch while bingeing tv( shuts my brain off)

Hi Nicky hope this finds you all doing ok and you havent melted yet lol x I saw on the news and they say its to last for a few more days yet x Its been lovely here but nowhere near the temps you are getting x We took a turn out to the beach and walked along the sea front x Stopped at the little cafe and has a cuppa ir was well shaded and watched the world go by my kind of thing lol x I am pleased you got on ok at the hospital no wonder you were tired when you got home and needed a snooze it was a long day xx I hope the caterpillars survive in the heat fingers crossed x We did watch the England game at least they didnt lose they are a good team dint know what went wrong for them x The Scotland game is on shortly i am shattered so just going to bed but himself is staying up i had better put some ear plugs in lol x Oh i just couldnt have watched Clarksons Farm i would have been sobbing by the time it finished x Exactly why cant the find an injection just because they are animals and wont spend the money on them x Anyway lovelie i am heading to bed for a read wont take me long to nod of x Nighty night sleep tight sending luv and hugs as always xx
