I am never fed up with you!  I was actually just thinking I was having withdrawal today from you today.   I've been doing lots of little things around here.  Just cooked up a little casserole with some zucchini and yellow squash that a friend picked from their garden.  And am trying a new bread recipe so I put the dough together.  It's a No Knead Seeded Oat Bread - it has to rise at room temp for 3 hours, and then be put in the refrigerator for at last 12 hours before you bake it.   I figured it might be a healthier bread so hoping it is good.

Hi Nicky, the heat is building quite slowly here we had 29 today and 33 promised for tomorrow, i used to love it but it slows me down now not that im that fast anyway. I hope you got on ok  but you still have to go to the hospital for blood checks, here the house or specialist doctor do those. Im pleased you can start to eat but go steady at it. Im pleased to see Harry and the King have met and the children have at last seen their Grandfather, Enjoy the evening, by the way i pay 30€ for my wash and blow each week and 49€ when i have it cut xxxxxx

I'm baaack.....was a slacker once again for the elliptical machine.   Could only do 36 minutes.  But.....what's a girl to do.  Better than nothing I guess.  Finally getting my breakfast and then can take a shower - hopefully spotting something before I head to the shower.  Your plan sounds great to me!
