hi Nicky - you poor thing - steroids definitely help with so many things, but the side effects are horrible.  I'm so sorry you are going through this.  I made out good at my dentist appointment.   It was just a cleaning and checkup.   My teeth the past couple of years have definitely gone downhill.   They get VERY stained and I can't figure out why.  I even have them cleaned every 4 months to help out - but this last time it was ridiculous - I hated opening my mouth - and it's only on a couple teeth in the front.   I've also been having trouble with the enamel wearing away - so she did a composite bonding on them - they are much better, but now she says two more teeth need to have it done.  This getting old thing is just not for me!  🤣

So there are only 2 things that you are attracting. WU and Worms.   The first feed for SF has to arrive and be gone by no later than like 1 hour 13 minutes. With the worm programmed to stay for 45 minutes if it has not arrived by 28 minutes it can't be off the plate by an hour 13 so that guarantees you a unicorn. 🖤
