Good morning!   Awwww - the kitties just love you!   6.7 miles is great - and that pace is awesome!!   I can't even do one mile at that pace.  It is an absolutely beautiful morning here - and looking to be a gorgeous day.  No work today as I have my choral concert at 3 pm - my first time with this particular group.  Looking forward to it - need to fit in an elliptical workout before I go.  I've been enjoying seeing my little hummingbirds on my feeder with the camera, and Friday I had a nice surprise when TWO Baltimore Orioles were spotted on the camera!  I have never seen them near me before.  So of course I went out and bought some oranges and ordered a feeder specific for them on Amazon - hoping it will be here tomorrow.  Have a great rest of your day!

Hi Andy!  WOW - your times just keep getting better and better!!  That's amazing.  You have so much to be proud of!  I was happy I managed to get 45 minutes on the elliptical today - when I first started my legs were sore - figured no way I could do 45 minutes - but it was fine!  Another physical therapy appt tomorrow so that's good.   I'll be sure to get my strength workout in before I go.    If I could get back to running before the summer ends I will be very happy.    Your dinner sounds delicious!  I am working again today - yesterday was very busy, which was great!  Hoping it's the same, today.   Have a great rest of your day.

That's still a great time!   And it sounds like  a great way to end your weekend!    I am done with work for the week - we are getting ready to cook burgers on the grill, even though it's not that nice out.  Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer.  I might have to sit outside for a bit and see if my Hummingbirds come to say good night!    I hope you have a great Monday and an easy start to your work week.
