Hi Andy - that sounds like a great weekend.   Those kitties are so lucky and I'm sure they love when you visit.  Who are you?  Cleaning and ironing!!!   Wow!  I'm impressed.  lol  My husband wouldn't know the first thing about ironing......and if I was gone he would pick things up and try to keep the house looking like I do......but he's not great at "cleaning" because he really doesn't notice such things.   But it was nice you had a little "me time" - we all need that every now and then - it's good for the soul!  Well after my working weekend, today is catch up on housework day - then workout - a few errands, and choir rehearsal tonight.  All is good!  I hope you had a great start to your working week. 

Oh boy - your revised plan sounds much better!  Don't take chances with the body parts!  lol   My hamstring is finally starting to feel a little more normal, so I feel HOPEFUL! In the meantime, back to the dreaded elliptical in the morning.  lol  Love your cat runs - and  having a sleep in sounds fabulous!  I stayed up too late last night and had to be up at 5 am this morning to get  my workout done before work.    Hoping your wife is feeling better!  Good luck with your knee - hope it ends up being nothing serious.  And congrats on yet another great run!!  You are killing it this season! 

Oh no - that is so painful.  But the GOOD news is, once she gets it taken care of (if they do the surgery), she will feel SO much better!  Which test did they do?  The tube down the throat?    How did you make out with your shoulder?

Hi - your weather has finally arrived here - it's a gorgeous day!   Hoping it's nothing serious for your wife and things go well.  And good luck at your appt, too.  I've had both rotator cuffs repaired with great outcomes - but hoping you can get away with no surgery.  Our original parts, if we can keep them, hold up best!  lol 

Before you know it, you'll be ready for a triathlon or an Iron Man competition!  Excellent!  And new things are always great for the spirit!  Once I know I can run again, I'll be picking out some new running shoes.  Well I'm off to the dreaded elliptical.  Hoping to get another 45 minutes - we'll see how it goes.   

Very sunny here too.   My back garden is a lovely sun-trap.

You definitely put a lot of miles on in a week!  I have something to aspire to - not sure I want to do a lot of high miles any more - but if I could do 5 miles 2 days/week, I think that might be good!  I have a goal!  lol  I hope you had a great Easter. 

Woo hooooo!!  Congrats!!  That is one for the record books.  I hope you treated yourself to a nice cold beer after that run.  I would love to run a mile right now!  lol  Do you have more races next weekend??
