Hi!  WOW you have been busy!  I just got up....having my first cup of coffee, getting ready for the dreaded treadmill!  One of these days those cats are all going to follow you home!  lol  You will definitely need that glass of wine tonight, but I'm sure it will be an awesome time.  I'm totally jealous!  lol  Enjoy your day my friend.   I better get on that elliptical - and need to put icing on the carrot cake I made late last night.

Hi Andy - well that's still a lot more running than I get to do!  lol   And I'm sure it will be fun.  I hope the weather is good.  It's been VERY hot and muggy here.   There has been rain in the area but it never seems to rain here.  We need it pretty bad.   I hope you have a GREAT family get-together!  Take LOTS of pictures.  Ever since my mom passed on, we just don't seem to get together any more and I really miss it.  It's kind of like one of those "little things" that we all take for granted.   So savor every moment!  I am working this weekend.   Hoping the heat will make people want to shop more!    Enjoy your weekend!! 

Hi Andy!  Congrats on yet another great run AND another medal!  That's awesome!  Especially since things weren't as smooth as they could have been to get there - always a little unnerving.  So what is wrong with your shoulder.   I'm kind of an expert by now - have had both rotator cuffs repaired, along with a bicep.  lol  I know you'll do just fine with the repair.  I am so glad to be home......a little running around for errands this week, and a luncheon with a group of friends, but nothing too horrible!  I hope you have a great week at work.

Hi Andy!  Well - you always have a good time no matter what!  Hoping you got that medal today!  Buying new things always feels good, no matter how big or small!  I need to do a little less of that!  It's a little cooler here today,  and a little breezy, but not too cold.  A heat wave coming up this week!  I just love being able to walk outdoors without bundling up.  Enjoy your Sunday - I'll be back at work for a few hours, but I love seeing the people! 

Wow - 6 miles!   I may have done some long runs - but YOU do a lot of them!   If I did one, it would be the only one for the week - my other runs would be 3 or 4 miles.  Nice job!  And good man going to see the kitties with treats!  Too cute!    I'm sure they look for you now.   I started cleaning my car, but then had to speed things up because it started raining.  But it still looks much better on the inside.  I'll do it again in a couple of weeks and do a better job.  It takes a couple times to get all the winter mud/stones/dust out.  Are you working tomorrow?  If so, I hope you have a great start to your week.  I think the only thing I have going on tomorrow is Physical Therapy - always a welcome appointment.

Ahhh - but you did it, and you had a good run!  Sorry about the heat!   That's not always easy to deal with.   We were very cool here today.  A friend that I usually run my race with ran it today and said the weather wasn't as bad as last year.  It was very cool - but last year it was just a downpour the whole time - and there was one section that is always extremely windy, and on that day it felt like the rain was ice pellets hitting us.   But I worked......happy to have tomorrow off to not do much of anything - clean up the house - maybe clean my car - and catch up on some reading.  The possibilities are endless!  lol   I hope you have a restful, ful day tomorrow!

I think you need another fun Sunday bbq - even your day after sounds fun!  And sitting in the sun for awhile with a good book would be dreamy!  I'm off to work today and tomorrow, but am so excited to have Sunday off!  Maybe I'll do something exciting and clean my car.  Tomorrow is the women's 5k that I usually like to participate in.....I'm still not happy about having to sit this one out.  Not sure how many more years I can do it.  Hoping next year I can  do a PB with the race - that would be awesome!
