Wow - 6 miles!   I may have done some long runs - but YOU do a lot of them!   If I did one, it would be the only one for the week - my other runs would be 3 or 4 miles.  Nice job!  And good man going to see the kitties with treats!  Too cute!    I'm sure they look for you now.   I started cleaning my car, but then had to speed things up because it started raining.  But it still looks much better on the inside.  I'll do it again in a couple of weeks and do a better job.  It takes a couple times to get all the winter mud/stones/dust out.  Are you working tomorrow?  If so, I hope you have a great start to your week.  I think the only thing I have going on tomorrow is Physical Therapy - always a welcome appointment.

Ahhh - but you did it, and you had a good run!  Sorry about the heat!   That's not always easy to deal with.   We were very cool here today.  A friend that I usually run my race with ran it today and said the weather wasn't as bad as last year.  It was very cool - but last year it was just a downpour the whole time - and there was one section that is always extremely windy, and on that day it felt like the rain was ice pellets hitting us.   But I worked......happy to have tomorrow off to not do much of anything - clean up the house - maybe clean my car - and catch up on some reading.  The possibilities are endless!  lol   I hope you have a restful, ful day tomorrow!

I think you need another fun Sunday bbq - even your day after sounds fun!  And sitting in the sun for awhile with a good book would be dreamy!  I'm off to work today and tomorrow, but am so excited to have Sunday off!  Maybe I'll do something exciting and clean my car.  Tomorrow is the women's 5k that I usually like to participate in.....I'm still not happy about having to sit this one out.  Not sure how many more years I can do it.  Hoping next year I can  do a PB with the race - that would be awesome!

Wow - great job on the run.   I wish we had  your temps - it's cool here today and will be even cooler tomorrow - I think around 54 f - but starting to warm up again on Monday.   I am freezing tonight.  Awwww I will think of you visiting the cats - I know they will be happy to see you.   I worked today - work again tomorrow.   Hoping Monday I can plant some flowers (and hope no  more frosty mornings in the forecast).   BBQ sounds wonderful!  I hope you have a great time.
