Hi Andy!  Congrats on still another great run!  You deserve a break after the heat and the long week of work.  I did 50 min on elliptical this morning and that gives me a lot more energy for work.  :-)  Hoping it's busy!   Enjoy the rest of your day - maybe the kitties will follow you home tomorrow!  😎

Hi Andy - I am so sorry you are going through that!  It's even worse when you have to travel to work.  Hoping this bout doesn't last long.  Is there anything in particular that causes the flareups?   We had a tremendous amount of rain yesterday and it was very cool.  Today is supposed to be clearing up with warmer temps and possible sunshine late in the day.  It seems rather humid at the moment.  I hope you feel better!  it's elliptical day for me - not my fav but grateful I can do it! 

Hi Andy!  Well aside from the sweltering heat, it sounds like you had a great Father's Day weekend!  Nice run - too bad it wasn't a little cooler.  It's been cool and rainy here today.  I think it's supposed to warm up a little tomorrow, but still some rain.  Today was a soaker - and we actually need it.  I hope it wasn't too hot for your ride in to work today.  I have a pretty quiet week so will try to get some things done around here.  Windows could use a good cleaning (even though I just did them!)   Have a good rest of your week.

Hi Andy - ahhh yes - the crowns are so expensive.  Actually - just about any kind of dental work is so expensive.  I have a crown, and for one tooth I actually had to get an implant - that was ridiculously expensive - the only thing that helped was that there are 3 stages, and there is a bit of time in between the 1st and 2nd stage, and I had time to save up some money.   My enamel has been wearing away and I had some composite bonding done on a few teeth.  And for whatever reason, they are getting very stained  in between cleanings.   I have my teeth cleaned every 4 months to help out but it's still a pain.   Now I'm trying to drink my coffee thru a straw to see if that helps.  Not easy getting old!  🤣  Good luck with your crown!! 

I'm so glad everything turned out well!  I hope you got lots of pictures.   And of COURSE your sausages were a hit!  I hope you're having a good week at work and the time is flying by.  Have fun on your run tomorrow.   It's been a week of appointments for me - stupid little things.  Our dog, Annie had her yearly exam and passed with flying colors - dentist for me tomorrow for a cleaning.  So boring!  lol  But at least the weather is nice.

Hi!  WOW you have been busy!  I just got up....having my first cup of coffee, getting ready for the dreaded treadmill!  One of these days those cats are all going to follow you home!  lol  You will definitely need that glass of wine tonight, but I'm sure it will be an awesome time.  I'm totally jealous!  lol  Enjoy your day my friend.   I better get on that elliptical - and need to put icing on the carrot cake I made late last night.

Hi Andy - well that's still a lot more running than I get to do!  lol   And I'm sure it will be fun.  I hope the weather is good.  It's been VERY hot and muggy here.   There has been rain in the area but it never seems to rain here.  We need it pretty bad.   I hope you have a GREAT family get-together!  Take LOTS of pictures.  Ever since my mom passed on, we just don't seem to get together any more and I really miss it.  It's kind of like one of those "little things" that we all take for granted.   So savor every moment!  I am working this weekend.   Hoping the heat will make people want to shop more!    Enjoy your weekend!!
