Good morning!  Sounds like a nice, relaxing evening after a very busy day!!   Doing training can be so much fun.  It's a great feeling when everyone loved it.   I used to do a little training for our employees on Time and Attendance - NOT a fun topic - but you can always make it a little fun with good stories, etc.  You are now ONE day closer to the weekend!  I hope today flies by for  you.   Today is cleaning day for me - I will be very happy when it's done.  Have to get my workout done first.   It's looking like a major snow storm is heading our way for Sunday - will be keeping an eye on that.  Hopefully it's looking pretty definite, the owner will close the shop Sunday and I won't have to work.   Will miss the money but enjoy staying home.   

Hi!  Oh wow - you have a very long commute!  I don't know how you do it - that's very tiring.  Do you read?   I used to take public transport 1 hour each way, and found reading helped - but I've lived the last almost 40 years where there is no public transport - too far out of the city.  But I always enjoyed my time in the car - turn the tunes up and sing.  How long  before you can retire?   It sounds like your week days drag you down.   Love hearing when you go visit the kitties!  I am sure they wait for your next visit!  What a sweet thing to do.

I wish I could come on that walk with you Saturday - that sounds like so much fun!  Grab all the medals you can!    Tomorrow I am excited to be able to stay home - I'm even excited about giving the dog a bath (she won't be quite as excited) - but it's always a nice feeling when it's done.   I figured I'd get it done before I do my regular house cleaning day on Thursday.  I can't wait for nice weather, too - will be nice to get outside without a million pieces of clothing.    Well I hope your 3 days goes by quickly and without too much aggravation.  Hopefully it's still a little warm.   Our temperature right now is right around 5 degrees (Farenheit) - the wind is supposed to really kick in tomorrow making it feel much colder.   I think we do have a brief warm spell coming - above freezing - but I think that's only supposed to last one day.   Have a great rest of your week!

Good morning Andy!  You are dedicated for sure - but I get it!  It's fabulous that you do all the runs you do.  It's not "mad" when you're doing something you love so much!  That walk sounds fun!  I have no doubt you will have plenty of energy for the 5k on Sunday.   I am still useless.   I have found it's better not to do the elliptical on days I have to work - I'm on my feet for 8-9 hours straight and it's just too much for the hamstring.  So instead, I'm doing floor exercises with no weights on the days I would have been running - can't use weights 2 days in a row for the same muscles.   It is SOO cold here today - would love to go to the airport and take a flight to a sunny beach somewhere!  Have a great rest of your week!

Congrats!!  That's a great time - and you DID IT!  At this point, being able to do a great run without injury is a pretty great accomplishment.  😎  Once I'm able to run again I plan on doing the beginning training program again and working my way back up, hoping that strengthens my running.   I have an appt this afternoon with my trainer, and I'm hoping she tells me other workout ideas that I can do.   I did another beginner Yoga workout yesterday......I know I need to learn it to gain more flexibility, but I don't like it yet.  lol  Mid week runs are a good idea, especially as the weather starts to get nicer.

Nice job!!  Congrats!  Great progress.  Hopefully it will be a little warmer tomorrow.   I have an appt with my health coach on Monday - she has been helping me with eating plans and workout plans.  We do weekly texts and then meet every 6 weeks or so.  She says quitting running "cold turkey" due to injury is like coming off a powerful antidepressant drug, and we will discuss plans on Monday.  Should be interesting.  She is fabulous.  She is 63 years old and just competed in the World Championship Ironman Competition in Kona - quite an honor.  I think that was her 13th or 14th Ironman competition!   Good luck tomorrow.   Looking forward to hearing how you beat your own personal best.  😎
