Wow - I wish I could get parakeets here!   I never really paid a lot of attention, but the past few  years I just love it.  Sometimes I sit outside, and I have an app on my phone called Merlin Bird ID, and you can either take a picture, or I love to set it on record, and it lists all the birds that are making sounds in the area.  It's so peaceful!    I have always wanted to get an African Grey Parrot or a Cockatoo - it's on my bucket list! 

Wow!!  You are really racking up the miles!  That is fabulous.  I give you credit.  Even when I get back to running, I doubt if I can put the miles on that you do - but I'm looking forward to trying.   I love that the kitties are getting used to you!    It was a pretty nice day here today but it looks like the rain will be moving in soon - supposed to be some heavy rain tonight, and then cooler the rest of the week.  My first Hummingbird came back today - I get ridiculously happy over that - I love seeing them all summer long.   Funny - but what I used to think of as them playing, I found out last year they were actually fighting!  We have one who sits on top of one of the feeders all day long and dive-bombs any other bird who tries to feed there - we call him the Colonel!  I have 5 feeders up - they are SO territorial but it's so funny to watch.  Can't wait for the rest of the gang to arrive! 

Hi Andy!  How is your knee doing??   Hopefully it's just a minor strain and nothing major.  Take it easy - you know what they say.....pay attention to the whispers before they become a scream.  You are doing SO well you don't want to have to take too much time off for an injury - it gets harder and harder to recover.    It's a pretty nice day out today - sun is shining - not too cold!  It's a strength workout day for me - my fav now that the only other option is elliptical.  lol   FINALLY have my physical therapy appointment next Monday - took forever to get an appointment.   I DO feel that it's getting better, but it's slower than molasses!  I hope you're having a good week.  Don't forget to visit the kitties.

Hi Andy - that sounds like a great weekend.   Those kitties are so lucky and I'm sure they love when you visit.  Who are you?  Cleaning and ironing!!!   Wow!  I'm impressed.  lol  My husband wouldn't know the first thing about ironing......and if I was gone he would pick things up and try to keep the house looking like I do......but he's not great at "cleaning" because he really doesn't notice such things.   But it was nice you had a little "me time" - we all need that every now and then - it's good for the soul!  Well after my working weekend, today is catch up on housework day - then workout - a few errands, and choir rehearsal tonight.  All is good!  I hope you had a great start to your working week. 

Oh boy - your revised plan sounds much better!  Don't take chances with the body parts!  lol   My hamstring is finally starting to feel a little more normal, so I feel HOPEFUL! In the meantime, back to the dreaded elliptical in the morning.  lol  Love your cat runs - and  having a sleep in sounds fabulous!  I stayed up too late last night and had to be up at 5 am this morning to get  my workout done before work.    Hoping your wife is feeling better!  Good luck with your knee - hope it ends up being nothing serious.  And congrats on yet another great run!!  You are killing it this season! 

Oh no - that is so painful.  But the GOOD news is, once she gets it taken care of (if they do the surgery), she will feel SO much better!  Which test did they do?  The tube down the throat?    How did you make out with your shoulder?
