Hi Tricia, happy to hear you had better weather yesterday. Aw no thats not good , l hope your tummy is better today. Meanwhile eat little and drink plenty. Had to admit defeat last night , the joints in my knee and hips were not going to let me sleep well. l knew l was going to have some trouble with them l did a lot of chores that involved getting up and down, standing and stretching yesterday. I eat magnesium rich foods to help as l hate pills, clearly not enough  lol. . Have a good day Hun and take things slow. xxx

About spring allergies.
What Spring Will Bring' Achoo
Bed sheets on the line flapping in the breeze,
Blooming flowers that make me sneeze,
Bees awakened gathering for honey,
Pollen makes my nose real runny,
Puffy white clouds and crisp blue skies,
Itchy watery red rimmed eyes,
Cutting hay with a baler,
As I reach for my inhaler,
Spring makes my allergies an issue,
Does anyone happen to have a tissue?
