Get prepared. You have your rainbow rocks. Find the tadpoles, froglets and frogs that you need...at least fifteen of each...tadpole, froglet and underwater frog. Spot that last shrimp. Then that part is done
Then...when you have a lull and wonder...what will I do...try bringing in a plate of spawn and head underwater for tadpoles. Get as many spotted as possible...you can also spot if no one else will.
Then you can start bottom dwellers well prepared...and can bring in underwater frogs for spawn when you are ready with coloured coral.
I know that you can do it.
There are some great coaches at the forums. Some like to give advice and have never done them...thank them...but find someone else. And listen to one person...who is coaching. Nothing worse than everyone coming along and giving differing opinions. Some right...some wrong. thank them...but listen to your coach.

Everyone has to start with land frogs. Everyone. Then they can head underwater. Once you have been underwater and attracted tadpoles on the spawn...I always attracted my ten bottom dwellers...then removed the dulcia and allowed both tadpoles and bottom dwellers through so that I would have enough tadpoles to do underwater spawn...and not have to worry about going to land...bring in land frogs for spawn...and then back underwater.
One girl wanted help with the ghostly frog and ghostly octopus. So I said that I would try to help her and her friend. Well...her friend listened. This other girl argued with me that you had to go to land each time for spawn. I told her...fine...do it your way. Then she saw how her friend did it so easily with underwater spawn and became interested. She never knew.  She thought that she had to keep hunting in other gardens for the series of frog, tadpole and froglet. I can't remember how many she had found but it was a lot. I am not a hunter. I like the easier way...and if I don't have to hunt...I won't.
Oh my gosh that dog is the cutest...I see it looking up each time and it makes me smile.

Where the confusion comes in...is people get the numbers confused for the land frogs and the underwater frogs. And the ghostly frogs also mess up the numbers as they are considered underwater frogs...but different. So I would consider doing bottom dwellers before the fall and the weirdness with the ghostly frogs and ghostly octopi.
There are many at the forums who will help...but I caution you...many do not know their stuff. I know...because I had several helpers advise me and they were wrong. I couldn't figure out why I was not getting frogs. Then I found a master at frog breeding...and she got it through my head. And it all made sense.

You have attracted ten land frogs. So you will need to have spotted in other gardens AT LEAST fifteen underwater frogs, fifteen froglets and fifteen tadpoles in order to get spawn.

Make sure you have underwater seeds too.
The first time you do frog breeding you have to do from land to get spawn. That means that you have to look at what you have spotted in other gardens. You have to spot an underwater frog, froglet and tadpole to get your first land frog that would leave spawn. After that...your fifth...so you have to have spotted five each of underwater frog, froglet and tadpole. Then ten of each...and fifteen...and so on.
Spotting land frogs does nothing for frog breeding except for the garden owner.
Ghostly frogs figure into it too for spotting as equivalent to frogs but since you will likely do frog breeding in regular water and not murky swamp...I would not worry about them.
Also take a look at the number of land frogs that have visited your garden. Let me take a look for you.

I think that people get caught up in the frog breeding and think that it is beyond comprehension. Some never do underwater frogs and just use land frogs to bring in spawn and then head underwater. Just so complicated that way and one has to hunt so much and risk feeds on the spawn being eaten by mice or a mermaid.
You have done rainbow of fish...so that part remains the same. And now that you have the rainbow rocks...full steam ahead.
Same basic process. Bring in the underwater myth...to plant pondweed.
Plant coral in used grey rock. And dust up pondweed so that guppy may colour the coral.
Bring in underwater frog(assuming that you have banked tadpoles and attracted froglets with low berries) and first underwater frog to your garden will leave spawn on low empty table.
Put in dulcia and dust up. Shroom also recommended for bringing in the frog and bottom dwellers.
Then wait for the bottom dwellers to arrive.
That is a simplified version. But the steps are the same for each bottom dweller...just that you add more coral to deter the previous bottom dweller.
