So wonderful when the kids pop in, mine are a little far to just pop in and i miss them dearly. But have my friends around here. Taking one of them through to the dentist today - which is an hour away. I don't mind a lot of the ladies in this area are a lot older than me and some of them are scared to drive or can't anymore. Helping out keeps me busy and i am happy to do it. Raining this side, dark and somewhat gloomy wake up again this morning. However hubby and I have decided to start a little exercise program every morning which we are doing together. Nothing too intense but something to get the heart going. He is so much better than me, he goes for a long walk afterwards. My arthritis just doesn't let do that. so i do a mini run on the trampolean for 10 minutes afterwards. It seems to be kinder to the joints. fighting hard to stay mobile.  Enjoy your day, much love. Enjoy the sun. Our time is coming again soon. Next month is Spring here and i will get to enjoy the garden again.

Hi Hun,  We are having a heatwave here too and we are up in the 30's.  I can't go out when it is too hot, as it is hard for  me to breathe.  That was lovely that your friends daughter came to visit you on the weekend.  I bet you were very happy to see her.  The AQ has been very poor the last three days, so I haven't been out.  They say there is a chance we may get rain tomorrow.  Don't worry hun, I won't go out if it is hard for me to breathe out there.  Sleep well.  Love and Hugs Sis xxx
