Hi Evelyn, what a shame about Lex. Hopefully, given time, he will come to trust that you will let him out again. I'm sure you are right about his reluctance to come in given how long he was away in the past.  Tilly is sensible finding the warmest spot. I have a friend with a log burner and they give out a lot of heat and as it's so cold at the moment it's the ideal thing. Sound as if you will be stocked up with logs for a long time. Fortunately you have the space to store them.

The new furniture is lovely and it fits well into the room. We were open plan but we have put in a stud wall to make it a seperate living/dining area. We got a new clock for the living room which goes well colour-wise and I think it's big enough, but Graham keeps going on about a bigger clock (his friend Bob has one). A couple of weeks ago we went out looking for a big clock, well some were so enormous - a meter wide - that it was a laugh and I wasn't over impressed with anything we saw. We did however, see a lovely table and chairs which we both liked. We came home and looked it up and it has a marble top so you have to treat it with care which we were concerned about with cats, grandchildren etc. so we shelved that idea.
On Sunday we went clock shopping again and ended up in the same shop as before. We saw a clock which wasn't too bad and then started to look at tables and chairs. Lond story short, we ordered the marble table and chairs which had been reduced in the Black Friday deals and the sales girl gave us the clock free. Being delivered on Monday like yours!

You have a good point about the disabled contestants in Strictly although I can't see so many people watching if all the contestants had a disability.
Yes, the kangaroo vase is finished and I finally found the critter to finish the tiger vase, it's a long eared owl which I am growing for. I was down to the last 5 possibilities and had tried to find one in the wildlife guide several times. As soon as that's finished I will have to get back to the bottom dwellers before December when the advent calendar starts and all the gardens are Christmassy.
I have no idea what the girls want for Christmas so I will give them some cash to go shopping with but I have got a box of water based nail colours for Zoe (7) and a set of body care products for Amber as she's too grown up for children's things now that she's 10 LOL.
You will love Wicked. Emma took me to see it  a couple of years ago as my Mother's day treat.

Hi Evelyn, I only have a week to go until my cruise and haven’t lost anymore weight. I don’t think I will lose any more as I’m going out for a meal with my sisters on Saturday. Oh well, a stone gives me some leeway but I was hoping to lose more. It’s my own fault, I have no willpower and if someone asks me out for a meal I can’t say no. I hope you lost some weight this week after you had been so good.
I finally finished the advanced quest and have gone underwater to try to finish the Bottom Dweller vases. After I have got the coral I have to come above ground to get some spawn. It’s a long drawn out process to even start the bottom dwellers!
We had some snow yesterday but only for about half an hour and the ground was too wet for it settle. It’s got a lot colder here but I bet it’s colder where you are. I’m looking forward to the sun of the Caribbean.
Your poor neighbour, I bet she was in a panic when she realised her dress was too tight. I hope she managed to get another outfit. I’m trying everything on and so far so good. Hope you are having a good week x

What exactly are they starting on. I’ve been away 12 years. I came back in February but it shows I’ve harvested 25 trees and 18 poinsettias. We only had festive critters and the cardinal then. Nothing fancy with decorating tree. I think it had to be in your garden to attract Rudolph. I don’t have anything in my storage so I need to wait until it’s released and then figure it out.
