Good evening Lisa, it is frustrating that they make this big fuss "ooo you have to have another test, make sure you attend, don't be late" and then... nothing! Oh! I didn't realise it was the Keto diet you were following. Well in that case, if it's any help, my brother had been doing it for eleven months and has lost seven stone. Nope, I'm not exaggerating or winding you up, that's how much he's lost so far!! It's too extreme for me personally but I'm with you 100% you go for it!
Was a really beautiful start to the day, brilliant blue skies and bright, bright sun and then it all went to pot 🤣😂 Dreary, dull, rainy day. Ah well, still better than snow. Hope you're having a peaceful evening xx
