Hi Carmen! Sounds like you had a pretty good day on Friday. I'm really glad you enjoyed your Chinese meal, I can't remember the last time I visited a Chinese restaurant, it's got to be years ago. I don't even know if the one we used to go to is still in business! They were a buffet style where you could either pay for an 'eat as much as you like' meal or buy from a more expensive menu where you were served by the wait staff. I think lots of people visited for the desserts - a chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries, banana slices or marshmallows, profiteroles, icecream parlour... not remotely Chinese but who cares? 🤣🤣 Luke and I occasionally have a meal from our local takeaway but we're not very adventurous!
