to colour in the pics you need to attract/spot only one of each.

if you want to do the bottom dwellers
plant the coral in used rocks
attract the guppy (respective pondweed needed) to colour the coral
get the frogspawn with an adult frog every 5th drops frogspawn

if you want a rosa praecocia you need to plant it either in the coconut or the upturned mushroom

you can use those, yes, but there are other stone colours too,
I just run the calculator for your garden which gives the following pots (make sure you plant the right seed where it says 'flora' you need the flora praecocia, for the 'rosa' the rosa praecocia and for the 'tulipa' consequently tulipa praecocia)
