Good evening Janice, I'm absolutely fine now, thank.you, Arnica is certainly good stuff! But yes, I'm always, always banging the exact same spot. I have Goldfinches too, I love them. It took me a year of putting out Niger seeds and inviting them into my garden and was over the moon when they accepted. I now have a flock of between 12 and 14 and, in the Summer they brought their fledged chicks, I was so happy. Mum has my chair in just the right position for me to see my feeders, I love birds too. I even have a small pair of binoculars on my side table 😂 Oh goodness, yes, the birds here are certainly hungry at the moment! I had a very nice evening, I hope you did too, just relaxing and watching a bit of tv. Rest well and and I hope you feel better in the morning. Sweet dreams and hugs xx

We've just had it very windy, the wind was bitter,
Setting up is the painful part,
Aw such a shame you didn't do tops could have saved the shroom, the amount you spotted you could have easily done it, not to worry hopefully these frogs will appear soon, you would have needed shroom anyway,

Hi Janice, apart from the usual today was a good day... until I walked into the corner of the oven door. And it bloody hurt! I have permanent bruising on my shins after a really bad fall a few years ago and they're always sensitive to knocks and bangs so, of course, whenever I trip or bump something, it's always smack bang on the same flipping area. Oh well, out comes the Arnica!! The weather is not very nice again today, it's not really got light at all and the wind is blowing an absolute gale outside. I mentioned to another friend that my chair is positioned so I can watch the birds on my feeders and the poor little buggers must think they're on the Whirlitzer at the fair. Actually, I can't believe they've not tipped over!

Yes, unfortunately there comes a time when doing the sensible thing, no matter how much you don't want to, really is the only course of action but hold on to that bath, while it's still safe, and enjoy every soak. Hope you're having a peaceful afternoon, hugs xx
