Hi Janice lovely to hear from you sorry your in so much pain but hopefully the painkillers will work there magic, your grdn sounds lovely Janice hubby pulled a lot of our shrubs as well too much work to keep them in check, plus this getting old is no fun so low maintenance is the way to go, you will enjoy sitting out when it's done I have a small summerhouse which we built during lockdown and that's my peaceful happy place, take care Janice and come back when your able love and hugs xx 🥰🤗

Sounds like you have enjoyed being in the garden I know how hard it is to push yourself, but the garden will have given you a incentive to try,
It will exhaust you and you will definitely feel it afterwards, I've always been told to move as much as possible as it helps, though you don't think so at the time, hope when you start physio it really helps, also enjoy your garden it will be your peaceful place, always thinking of you, just come back when your ready, much love and hugs take care see you soon Janice x 😘
