Hi Lyn, wow you have bee to quite a few places! I’ve only been to Melbourne once for a weekend and loved it. It was very fast place compared to WA, it’s a lot more relaxed here, was can be a bit boring I guess lol.

They are doing new HVAC with the renovations they began this year.  We are in the first year of four -- the part of the building where my room in is scheduled to be done last, so I will be well and truly retired by then. 

Before global warming this area didn't get warm enough to really need A/C, especially in school buildings.  Those days are gone.  I can recall 50 years ago having weather in the 80s in the summer was unusual, and 90s unheard of.  Now it's common.  Ugh.  And I hate warm weather, lol
