I did wake up during the night on Monday, sometime, and heard the rain but I must've went back to sleep very fast lol Having double insulation in the roof keeps the noise down a lot on the tin roof :) If you have RCD's installed in your meter box, and use the right power boards to plug into, you shouldn't have a problem with anything blowing up. I use monster power boards for my tv, computer, etc. RCD's are meant to stop power overloads to prevent things blowing up.

It got very hot this arvo.. I had to put the air con on to cool down the house. This old chook ain't looking forward to summer either Izy. I might have to live in the pool LOL we may be in for a storm.. kinda feels that way.
