I've had dry needling done a long time ago on my back. Koombana physio do it.. I assume they still do. Little bit ouchies being done but it was definitely magic. That was before I stated having Bowen therapy. The lady I see is absolutely wonderful. Yes there are people out there worse off than you but don't downplay your pain. Must make everyday life most uncomfortable most of the time. From you've told me about the house, it sounds unlikely that it'll sell anytime soon.. but what's meant to happen, will happen.

I had to google spondylosis.. had no idea what it is. I do now tho.. OUCH thank goodness I have the best Bowen therapist who helps keep me on my feet and almost pain free :) Cold weather doesn't do the bones a lot of good.

Electrician  Thank goodness he only charge me a call out fee and parts Phew lol David had said his light switch was playing up but of course i had to go in switch it on and it wouldnt turn off !! anyways its fixed now for when hes back. Ohhh - yes I have the money but he is sooo taking his time i only hope he charge me for the job and not the hour Yesterday from 2 to 4.30 then today from 9.30 to now 1.15 and not done I am just gonna go and ask whats happening BFN x He is a friend of my sons so i am hopeful its not an arm and a leg job x

Life can be very difficult sometimes Izy. Probably more so for you at the moment with the house being for sale. Have you found anywhere else yet, or just waiting to see what happens? Maybe nobody will buy the place being as bad as what you've said it is. And if someone does, they might want you to keep renting. I'm sure something will come up for you eventually tho. Just have to keep the faith mate. How is Si going after his op, or is that the crap you're talking about.. as well? Annoying sh@t can get us down if we let it LOL
