Hi Karen, a belated Happy Birthday to Luther and I hope you all enjoyed lunch. I was in bed all yesterday and about to head back there now - don't know if it's flu or Covid, as I did a Covid test earlier but my nose bled a little, so now don't know if it's a positive or false-positive result.  Need to order a new test kit.  Glad you're feeling better now.

The boy is excited and a bit scared I think too. At least he knows he still has a room here when he wants it. And he says he will come to visit. So that is good. Me I will spend my time between church and doing repairs on this old farmhouse to get it back in shape again. Have a lovely weekend :)

Thank you for your kind words Karen. Its been so hard to deal with this. Rudy was my rock. He was my soulmate and life is empty without him. So its nice to know those who knew him care. Our son is moving out this weekend and its a good thing for him. For me its going to be another adjustment. I will be alright, well as alright as I can be. I'm just happy that his life starts now. His father would be so proud. I'm sorry for your loss too. Being without our loved ones is tragic. At least his pain has ended and I will see him when my life is over. That helps.

I hear you Karen. I miss Rudy more than I can say. I haven't logged into his facebook in so long I don't know if I can anymore. Maybe if you just tell him something he might hear you. I talk to him all the time. I just don't hear his voice anymore. I think I miss that the most!
