I wanted to prove them wrong by trying different pots to get the colours LOL...and I did prove them wrong to get a silly pot ID

I'm stoked I got one of each colour of poinsettia just by sheer luck. apparently the plant pots have ID numbers but I have NFI how to do that so I chose a few of the pretty ones and they gave me pink and white.

Hi Julie, thanks for writing the message.. yes it sounds like you need a serious break away in a relaxing place far away where no one but those who are really special can reach you.  Sleep is very important and so is taking care of yourself too as you know if you fall in a heap the world around you does too.   Hubby is getting a lot better with only a slight bit of trouble finding the words every so often.  He is enjoying being back on the road and going shopping. Our gentle reminders seemed to be working as I put a load of washing on, went off to do stuff and forgot about it.. Next thing I see is the washing hung on the line and my worried brow took over and asked did he take it out as it would have been over the picking up limit as there was several pairs of jeans. He assured me he did two trips with it.   Today was rather an extra warm Sunday and tomorrow we are going to have an even hotter day.  I know it's not as hot as you.  Anyway take care ok

I'm used to it now as I cook 365 days of the year I have to cook for my son each day as he needs to eat with his medication  so I just robotically do it now. I've always been the one doing the hard yards here and I know it will never change any time soon (unless I throw S out) but I;m not stopping to his level to  by doing nothing and making it clear he has no interest in helping with anything here. I'd not lower myself to be that cruel.

I was being sarcastic and trying to be polite due to it being F----*NG hot LMFAO but only outside. was comfy inside with 2 air cons on.
I NEVER make a mess in the oven I dry bake so nothing makes a mess to clean (winner winner) LOL..Everything is cooked fully covered with a lid so no mess at all. Its the only way to do a roast low n slow...was VERY tender and yum :)
was a nice change to what we usually have.

hya Julz yea was a tad warm yesterday LOL was still 37 at 7pm lastnight.
But today a totally different outlook thank god! even a cool breeze blowing and a brief shower of rain.
We still had our roast yesterday i cooked it the day before and just made roast vegies so the oven was only on a short while. 2 air cons on so was comfy inside.
The coolness today sure is welcome :)
hope yr xmas was fun and enjoyable.

thanks Julie.. Hubby still has 14 days to go before he should pick Cleo up.  And hates me for being on his back about not to pick up heavy things..   Yes families can be so distant and it can hurt like hell..  Enjoy being with Hubby and stay as cool as you can..
