Wishing you a quick recovery! You have had a rough go.  Kitchen remodel should be starting in December. All the trades people are in high demand here and very backed up. Getting excited about the changes to come!

Hi Polly hope you continue to heal well from your gallbladder op. Take it easy and rest glad that it went well. (I had my gallbladder removed 7 yrs ago.)
All ok here apart from a cough left over from  the
horrible cold virus that's doing the rounds .
Stay warm and snug take care xx

Hi, Polly! I hope you heal rapidly. And I hope they used the laparoscopic method (three small incisions rather than one large one). Take it easy and take care of yourself. ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–

Hi sweetheart, I'm so sorry, that you have had to have surgery. I'm glad everything went well, but heck yes, it's going to be really sore. I hope you've been given meds to help with the pain.
Me? I'm fine, just hate this snow already. Roll on spring. Mind you, I have no idea where this year has gone. I'm in a bad place mentally, because my sister passed in February. I miss her terribly. She was my Esme to my Gyther (Terry Pratchett) Whenever we went away together we were known as the Wyrd Sisters. She was kind, clever (very, very clever), I'm the last of my generation. Yet, I was the runt, seriously of the litter.. Apart from my usual problems I'm ok. PLEASE take care of YOU!!! No lifting heavy objects, and if you need a drink, just make enough for one cup. Rest up as much as you can, and take care my lovely. ALL my love and the gentlest of healing hugz xxx

Oh Dear Polly....I sure hate to hear you are still struggling with medical issues. I hope this new treatment will bring you some better days. I sure wouldn't want to inject myself either, but if it would improve my quality of life I guess it would be a small price to pay. I can imagine how being tired would get you down. I know that can be a dark place sometimes. We are doing ok. My husband and I are both getting over bad colds. He got it first and then I got it....I was very mindful about the symptoms I sure didn't want to end up with pneumonia again. Still have some lingering symptoms, cough, drainage, and lethargy but getting better every day.

We finally got all our canning for the winter done, now that Christmas is upon us I am full swing in to making gifts, and preparing for the holidays. Sadye is doing well. She gave me such a fright last night. We were at my sisters. She lives in the country and I try to keep a close eye on her, because I dont want her tangling with the wildlife out there, well the front door was open to her enclosed porch so she went out there, she usually just lays out there. When I went to go home she was not on the porch. My heart dropped. I went outside and she was just laying on the sidewalk waiting for me. I picked her up, squeezed her a little and told her how she scared me, but that I loved her. Little booger. I will love her up. I hope Hugo is doing well...give that handsome boy ear scritches and lots of love from us. Big hugs dear friend....sending healing wishes for a speedy recovery.
