Good morning Susan. I’ve been saying extra prayers for Sadye and was glad to see your message this morning that she did fine!!  I truly believe in the power of prayer. I hope you were able to keep her comfortable overnight and that you both got some rest. Did she have a teeth cleaning or was there an issue with one of her teeth?  Max has lost a couple of teeth recently, literally fell out of his mouth. He has a few more very loose teeth so Heather took him in on Monday because one tooth was causing him pain. He is having all of his teeth removed on May 6th. I honestly think he will be happier without them. He turned 12 in December. How is Molly doing? We have a decent day weather wise for today. It’s going to get in the mid 60’s. Hopefully it won’t rain and I can take the girls for a walk. Have a great day!! Sending love, hugs, and a speedy recovery 💜

Hello Susan, I’m sorry to hear Molly had a difficult adjustment and that she got sick on her way home. Piper gets car sick a lot of the times we take her places. The vet said to give her a half of a Meclizine a half hour before leaving. Penny used to get car sick as a puppy as well but out grew it. I’m hoping Piper does also. I’ve taken the two of them on a couple of walks on the divided leash and they aren’t doing to bad. I think the more I take them the better it will get. We babysat tonight. I had to pick Liam and Layne up from school. It was a surprise so they weren’t expecting me. They were very excited. We went for a walk with the girls and that went pretty well too. Susan, I’m glad you finally got some answers. I know it’s not exactly what you wanted to hear but it is encouraging that it’s manageable. Molly taking medication for the rest of her life is not ideal but it’s also not terrible. Really no different than us taking something like blood pressure medication. Whatever we need to do. I’m hoping all the upcoming tests go well and you can get Molly on the road to feeling her best self. I’m continuing my prayers 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Sending love and hugs to all 💜

Night Sprinkle for our Sweeties! Sounds like you had a very productive,  busy day and may be able to relax a little tomorrow. Yes, I did get some preliminary clean up started in the yard. Also had a nice, conversation with Amanda. She's doing really well & sure has come a long way over the past year. That dam situation is very concerning. There are many homes in Cheboygan along the river and there's also worries over the chemicals from the papermill plant which sits right next to the dam, being released into the river, if the plant gets flooded (which is likely) I'm not worried about my immediate area, but there's so many creeks and marshes nearby, there's a risk of some roads becoming impassable. It's one weather catastrophe after another up here! Hope you get a good sleep tonight, Bestie.  Sending lots of love, hugs and kisses ♥️♥️♥️

Good morning, Susan. Today is a beautiful sunny day. I’ve had Piper outside a gazillion times so far. The only time she does her business is first thing in the morning. I praise her and make a big deal out of it before we come in but it doesn’t seem to matter because she won’t do it again until the next morning. I’ve taken up the puppy pad and I’m paying attention to when she starts sniffing around where it was…I take her out but no luck. She pees where the pad was , on the floor even after being outside for a half hour. It’s very windy  where we live. A few days ago I had the pad out on the porch and then I even moved it down into the grass, but that is not working because of the wind. We are on a corner and everything just blows away. I’m not sure why she’s refusing to go outside other than first thing in the morning. I’m getting very frustrated and not knowing what to do about it. I hope I can get her straightened around soon. I’m glad to hear that Molly and Sadye are doing well. I hope they have Molly’s test results soon, it seems like it’s been a long time and they should’ve had those back by now, but I agree no news is good news. I would think if there was anything that they were concerned about they would’ve called Kathy. We have no plans for the weekend. It is supposed to get cooler and rain on Sunday.
