A gynocologist I used to see years ago told me that I had a bad disc...and wanted me to take some sort of medicine to strengthen my bones.  It scared me because at the time, people were getting jaw disfiguration from the meds.  I took it once and never again.  I'm using some "Re-Lieved" Lidocaine patches now that seem to help.  Before I was putting them in the wrong place and now I put them right at the base of my spine and it seems to help.  Right now I've developed a knot on my wrist (arthritis).  Where did that come from?  I guess it's to be expected with me, as I'm nearly 75 years old.  I could cry, but it would do no good!  It's hard to see doctors around here, too.  :(  xxx

I just read your post from a yesterday.  I feel so bad for you not being able to see your chiropractor.  Back problems are so painful.  We have a ceramic tile floor here, and it's not kind to your back at all.  Our bedrooms have carpet, which helps.  I have a pain patch to put on my back and has been helping lately.  I'm supposed to get a bone density test, but it's hard to make an appointment and wonder if you'll be able to get over the mountain if it would snow.  So...I've been putting it off.  The pain goes from my back to down my leg & into my foot.  Sometimes it's hard to sleep.  Can you take Aleve or Tylenol for the pain?  Sometimes Aleve helps and gives me a day or two of relief.  Hope you feel better soon.  I got a message saying your package was delivered.  I feel bad I wasn't able to send you the candle I had picked out.  Not sure why there are such strict rules as to what we can send you.  One year they wouldn't allow me to send candy, so I stopped that.  Anyway, take care of yourself.  xxx

Beverly, if you have a Santa Snowman, he will attract Elf Critters, like the one in your open Calendar door. Then when someone comes to your garden and finds soomething they need, it will count for you as well. :)  Anyway, for whatever.
