Hello Janet. I’ve heard that vivid dreams are a side effect of magnesium but it’s supposed to help you sleep. I’ve read that we are all deficient in magnesium along with vitamin D. There’s so much information out there that you don’t know what is real or not.

Matthew and Nicole never married. Nicole is adopted and I get the impression that her parents have always given her whatever she wanted in life. She has a lot of issues and creates a lot of drama. She likes to criticize Matthews parenting constantly but she doesn’t want to parent herself. She lives with her parents so she has a lot of help with Alina when she has her. Matthew owns his own home and lives there alone with Alina and his dog. He takes care of her by himself. Nicole is having a hard time with Alina being autistic. She has been known to go MIA for days at a time and her mother ends up taking care of Alina. Alina is a lot to handle more times than not because she gets very easily overwhelmed because of being non verbal. Anyway, because they are sharing custody and her being autistic it makes things very difficult. I tell Matthew that they need to call her school district and get in touch with the special education department so she can get more therapy… especially speech. She has an IEP and a proper diagnosis from a hospital. If she were able to talk she could communicate her wants and needs better and the frustration would come down. Alina is in a regular school classroo

Yes, I believe it, lets face it only you and I can go for non existing appointments. I am sorry though as you have to suffer another 5 days of misery. As for the post I think I've seen it before some years back that's why I only copied to my back wall. Viviene was a girl I met on holiday, very sweet but not the sharpest tack in the box!

hi Janet, the weather here has been sunny, with a high of 100 Monday and Tuesday. We have a chance of rain Wednesday, with temps back in the 90s the rest of the week. Glad you got some rain in Pahrump!
