The vet told us it’s a cyst. He is confident that it isn’t cancer because of how it looked, what happened with it in a short period of time and also, he was able to tell that it wasn’t attached. She is on Cefpodoxime Proxetil for 6 days and Animax Ointment twice a day until the area is healed. He said it may come back at some time because that is typical of what a cyst may do…also may not. If it comes back he would like to have her seen and the cyst would be aspirated and the fluid would be tested. I am so relieved!!💜

Did you get the tree done?  I know you were very happy with the results last year.  We reallllly have to get someone in to trim our 2 bigger trees this year (or early next year.) Far too much physical work for us!

I’m glad she’s getting into the vet today instead of Friday. I’m sick with worry. Larry is able to take us today. I’m so grateful for that because the vet is not close to home and Penny gets nervous in the car and if I’m driving her I can’t really comfort her. I hope Randy is feeling better soon. When my daughter’s dog wasn’t feel well the vet gave her Hills prescription ID food. It is very gentle on the stomach and helps them to get better. Maybe that would help him. The vet sells it and I think you can get it with a prescription from the vet at PetSmart…I could be wrong though. I’ll bet you are glad to be getting your stitches out tomorrow!!  I’ll say prayers for Randy that he starts feeling better 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Wesley's 2nd birthday on Thursday and then George turns 2 next week.  Imagine that!  Elliot is taking piano lessons and says he'll do it for one more year.  He's also taking a coding course that he loves and swim lessons so he's busy after school.  I absolutely LOVED your gingerbread house and little snowman.  So cute!

I'm so sorry you've lost your friends. Maggie and I say it's awful how many people we know that are ill or have died I suppose that's how it is as we age not that it makes it any better. Bill was very matter of fact about all the funerals he went to, he said when you reach my age [90  ]  what else can I expect. I think he was grateful to outlive them all and what was amazing is how many new younger friends he'd made at the Samaritans and his clubs, that kept him young at heart. As you say the memories are a great comfort.  I'm sending you lots of love and big hugs.  xxx
