Hello! The busy season is upon us. Music concerts,shopping although the majority from Amazon.I forgot one gift and braved the madness yesterday at Kohls. I do enjoy looking around and seeing the decorations. When my mom was alive we would take the girls,my stepdaughter and cousin to Chicago.   Marshall Fields windows were magical with beautiful window dressers. We ate lunch in the Walnut room and it was so much fun. Times change but the memories live on. We rode the train into the city. We lived in Indiana then. I admire your delight in puzzle working. Some are so gorgeous! I will bake cookies with Charlotte and Claire on Sunday. It is an adjustment with 13 year olds as they are young ladies. It is fun for them to design cookie patterns.Lizzy might just have to sample! I hope you are well and your pics online are so festive and nice!   hugs     xx

My sister is staying with me in the hospital. My son is flying down when i get home.  I haven't ask how long but i suspect a week.  He really is so very busy at his house.  If i need longer than a week I'm sure my sister can come back.  Neighbors are very happy to bring meals and help.  I hate for people to have to help!

I am really hoping that a week is enough.  I'll be in the hospital the first 5 days.  A week after takes me to 12 days.  I'm thinking I only need help while I'm on pain meds full time.  I'll be fine.

it was 9 degrees today! will be in the 50's tomorrow.  That's Missouri, all over the place.

I've been busy trying to get so many things done in the house that I won't be able to do for months.

Good Morning to you!  Charlotte and Claire turn 13 tomorrow! I feel blessed to watch them grow. My birthday ,our wedding anniversary,my brothers birthday.Whew, and Christmas!  Busy! I hope you have a nice day.  Working puzzles is a fun thing to do. My dad was an accountant and seeing numbers all day,he did puzzles for relaxation. His were back in the day as now the most beautiful puzzles exist .  Lizzy is here beside me,this girl is so programmed for what happens next!!  She has always been that way  LOL  It is cold with a dusting of snow and very slippery. Oh, that very interesting…you mean it will be an app? I hope we don’t have to pay for it. I wonder when this will take place.

Good Morning and Happy Saturday!  It is warmer? here today in the 30 range. The wind isn't blowing today. Being by Lake Erie we really get it. I finally finished Christmas shopping from the sofa!! it is easier and safer. The slippery roads and parking lots. I do enjoy going out and about but I compare prices and reviews of items I shop for and not running store to store. Tonight I am making pizza for our family as SOMEONE turns 73! It isn't Lizzy,but she send some hugs to Randy. enjoy your day,Janet  xx
