Hi! I hope you get along with your skin and the Dr.   Concerning but hope all goes well. I never thought about skin cancer or other forms of skin issues. I would just sunbath and love the sun on my skin.Now,at 72,I really think about it.Times change. I love hearing about the cactus! So pretty in pictures. We have colds from the weather change and and germs from somewhere.We try to be so careful. The guinea pigs are home. They are adorable and so used to the attention Charlotte and Claire give them. Good Morning to you, I bet your home looks fabulous. I always think it is where we live ,comfortable and clean. I am a clean freak but Ron has relaxed me on being a detailed nut! After 31 years,I am much better than I was. Our dogs/animals are a wonder to figure!! Lizzy has a few other quirks but nothing gross. Our previous sheepdogs had them too. Funny how we adjust our lives to fit them. I can not believe it is October, next month Thanksgiving.I am thankful to be healthy,Health is wealth.  Ron put a railing on the back steps.Safety is key. A woman that was ill owned the home before and the original owner did not go outside or the basement. we bought this online. Homes would sell before we could make the three hour trip here . My daughter Caroline and my sil Ed did Facetime with us and had their realtor write up the offer.  We love it here. Four years ago.  We are a mile away from Caroline now.         OK, Happy day to you and I am sending hugs!

Hello! We had a time with Lizzy,I think the big hair dryers set her off. I do bath her when I can (my arthritis)in my hands.She had a one on one groomer,but not now.Lizzy does not like a coffee grinder,I now buy ground. no sweepers, doesn't like tearing parchment paper being torn,nor foil. can opener. She also started a licking on her legs.we bought dog leggings for her.The vet felt it was a habit being eight! she is on apoquel, flea,heartworm and tick meds.  Lizzy does not like the traveling anywhere in the car. I sit in the back seat with her. This post has been all about LIZZY LOL!!! She is a sweet girl!   I hope you are well,interesting on your lantana plants,the lantana pots are still blooming here.Do you think I could  plant them in the ground and cover with burlap?  I would love to have them live through the winter...         The guinea pigs are fun,they have loads of attention with the girls.They are in Canada over fall break. Mari and Millie are the names of the guinea pigs,they are fun,I love the weeeeks. sorry my informative post was all about four legged and four footed ones! take care,sending hugs !     

Hi Janet! Hope you are having a great day!Sounds like you are ready for Sandy to visit  It is some work getting my cleaning thoroughly done. The visit is nice,I think I over do it ! We took sweet Lizzy to get groomed today in prep for her upcoming surgery. She got nerved up and had an accident in the tub and again after that. Poor baby and not her regular groomer.,both felt terrible. We went to get her and she was pretty much finished after two baths. We are watching the guinea pigs for the granddaughters. (fall break)  I hope Randy feels better,Lizzy sends him hugs!          enjoy your day. sending hugs!!

Good Afternoon!  we did get some rain,finally. Ron watered the lawn over the weekend as it was crunchy dry  (fire hazard )  He worked hard to put a hand rail leading up the entry way.  Safety as we age. especially in the winter. I took a nasty fall in the driveway last winter. I have been doing balance exercises everyday.  Thank you,for your well wishes for Lizzy.I am nervous about it.Surgery for her is the 29 the. I hope Randy is feeling better,he is so handsome!  I love to hear about your lantana,I love them and always have hanging baskets. I wish I could keep them as they are still blooming . Hi Janet.

Trying to catch up housework.  Change sheets etc.  I am having another lung biopsy Tuesday.  My lovely sister Jerry coming up to take me.  Its an under anesthesia  procedure and they won't do that without a driver and someone stay the whole time.  I hate that I have to ask someone to come! 

Thankful they will send me home 4 hours later. 
Still walking everyday.  Feeling great and hopeful we get a clear result.  (I think ;P)  No worries really.  All will be fine no matter what.
