Had a biopsy of a suspicious area on my leg which turned out needing surgery.  So today was "the day".  Now I wait to see if they got it all.  Hopefully, yes!  Am kicking back today after a sleepless night. xxx

Thanks, Dianne.  Randy still has a bit of some loose bowels, but the vomiting has stopped.  He's had lots of problems since a pup with a small throat.  I feed him 1/2 cup of food 6 x a day.  He's a boxer and also has the gum issue that grows wild in his mouth.  We're not sure he could go through that again.  He's had one already, and back again.  He's 6 and at 7 they're considered silver boxers...  We've not had one live past 8 years yet.  :(  Hopefully he'll feel better tomorrow.  We love him to pieces.  Take care over there in the Buckeye State!  :)  xxx

We are on holiday in Wales at the moment. It's such a beautiful country. Last week we were in Pembrokeshire, in the south, with lots of stunning coastal walks, and this week we're in Snowdonia, in the north, in beautiful mountain ranges. Having a wonderful time!

Hello Dianne, I can't believe it's September already either! Our British summer goes so quickly, as we have so little of it! We did have some lovely hot days but for most of them I was indoors working with the hedgehogs. I'm glad you've been enjoying your zinnias.
I have some very sad news to tell you. We had to put Millie to sleep last week :-( :-( She was 14. She had hyperthyroidism that wasn't responding to medication - the vet thinks she also had cancer. She had got very thin and was beginning to struggle with some day to day activities, so we had to let her go before she started to suffer too much. We miss her terribly and can't believe she's not here.
