Hi Janet. We had a thunderstorm last night. It rained hard for awhile and the lightning was lighting up the sky. Our pictures were postponed because my daughter was admitted into the hospital for a very serious eye infection. She has orbital cellulitis. I spent the night at her house and took Liam to school this morning. I brought Layne back to our house for the day until it was time to pick him up from school. My daughter was discharged about the same time Liam gets out so I brought them back home and stayed for a bit to make sure she was going to be ok. My son-in-law was home so she wasn’t alone. I’m worried about her though. She looks like she got into a bar fight and lost🤦🏻‍♀️ her eye is so bad. They gave her antibiotics intravenously all night and today until she was discharged. They sent her home with oral antibiotics and has to continue to take for 10 days. Penny had a rough night without me home…Larry said she stayed all night in her bed in the kitchen staring at the door and she was whining. When I came in this morning she was squealing. She was so excited to see me!! I’ll bet you are glad Don will be home tomorrow. Larry is gone for the weekend during hunting season and I miss him even when he’s gone for only a few nights. I hope he has good weather and no tornadoes to cancel his flight. Have a good night💜

I love that Randy's got a chicken in stead of a worm. Have you considered he might be afraid of the worms and that's why he destroys them lol The chicken is safe because no one's scared of a chicken. haha

I finished the Regatta puzzle and will do a 500 one called Steam Fair next. I'll send you a pic of the Regatta.

Bob sounds like a very nice man and it's a relief you don't have to drive to collect Don. It will be interesting to see how Randy greets him after 2 weeks. I bet he'll be overjoyed.

Hi Janet, I finally got to the bank to pay all that change in. As I was wandering along dragging my booty I bumped in to Bill's son Michael and his wife. I said how much I still missed having Bill next door and she said they'd come and visit on Bill's birthday at the end of August and bring a cake in his memory, I said they'd always be welcome and I'll phone just before the date to see if they really will come.

Nice that you had a little win, I'm in your camp quit while you're ahead and just think that win paid for the new puzzle and Randy's toy!

It doesn't seem possible that Don is home tomorrow, I bet he's happy about that. Are Sandy's family going to visit and see she's OK? I hope so.
