What alovely day you had shopping for those flowers, so pleased you were able to buy some at good prices and bargains I hear you on Potholes sweet, such a pain poor Donna was on her way to a meeting Wednesday went over a grill covering a PH, and caused a spring and Mount to break, Our garage sorted her out with a car and did it Friday cost £353,  I payed it’s not in her budget this month she’s going to claim from council it’s hocking on the paths and roads, hope you slept well and recover from your very busy day, enjoy your roast sweet, sending much love and hugs to you both, xxx

hi angela thats what im going to do next month higher dose,im not too bad on craving as much sweet stuff and eat smaller portions than i used to, and why not bit of sweetness is good, we all need it sometimes xx
