Aww so sorry you felt yuk yesterday hope you caught up on some sleep by napping as the day went on and last night was better, Glad K was able  to go do the  shopping. Dad was back in shorts , I said to you know something we don’t with weather haha, he has Lymphoma in one leg after his bowel cancer and prefers shorts as they don’t irate his leg as much, he said hi Angi, “hope you feel better soon “he loves you have a new scooter that goes a bit further  and affords you extra independence , it’s the first time he’s asked me about that maybe he’s now thinking he could benefit from one  I’ll keep you posted Hun. Docs review for me today,my long term health condition. It’s dry to start a little linen to sort I have washed cushion covers this morning, again thank you for info, I’ll concentrate on the dairy side for now increasing milk and yogurt take ,  I do like liver I’ll grab enough for me at Morrisons and then cook by air frying ,  eating with some new potatoes and peas, take care sweet lady enjoy Wednesday hugs and love, 😘💗😘 xxxxx
