hi angela well done you, yeah best way slow and steady, all i ate today was biled eggs and 2 slices of granary bread, i did have mcdoands  with rthe kids, but i ate burger and very few  fries, thomas doesnt normally eat fries or drink drink from a straw and he did toiday so proud of hm, i said hello xxx
