Stephanie and Mike are visiting today - really looking forward to seeing them. 
Shopping was okay, yesterday, it was busy but I had my list and zipped round.
Pleased that the phyzz went well and the exercises are 'do-able'.

Its been bitterly cold today  time for the scarf and gloves.  I'll be freezing tomorow morning as I'll be leaving to go to my daughters overnight. I'll catch up with you before I freeze tho hopefully.

Night night Ju! I have had a pj day...I never got dressed. Lol Enjoyed it too. Didn't feel my best but I've been much worse as well. I think my body needed the rest. I don't have to tell you how our bodies scream for relief at times. I'm glad your physio went good and I hope the exercises will help you. Tom enjoyed breakfast with his friend. Thank you for spotting our Gazelle lovely one xx I hated my Physio because she wouldn't listen when I told her the exercises were making the pain worse and just kept saying "one more, one more". I ended up in a wheelchair waiting for spinal surgery - I should never have been sent for Physio in the first place and she should have paid attention. I'm slightly biased in my opinion so well done you for putting your foot down 💪
