The twins are both at colliage but they tock there tractor test at 16 .They will start there car test at 17 in July .they can booth  drive as plenty of bractice in field .The problem now will be there barents affording 2 cars and insurance .We are going to give them money for there 17 birthday but dont think it will buy a car each xx
