Goodnight Judith,  I don't make fruit cake as it would be only me eating it,  I know that I could so don't give myself the temptation, haha.
Col likes chicken sandwiches for lunch, so I cook chicken breasts in the slow cooker, they stay moist and tender.  Also I do pulled pork in it.  It's a basic recipe and handy for a busy day.
Enjoy your evening,  I am just finishing returns and then back to my crocheting and audio book.  Hope that you found all that you needed in BH and are now sitting with feet up.  xxx
