Actually there are many types, including some that have blood disorders and other issues, but there are two genetic ways to conceive a human with albinism, by autosomal recessive genes and X-linked genes.  The type that affects hair/skin/eyes is the autosomal recessive, which is the t ypical all white type albinism.  They all have vision issues due to the retina not having pigment.
