The number of underwater frogs depends on how many tadpoles and froglets you have attracted in your garden.
The number of land frogs depends on the complete set you spotted in other gardens.
You have attracted 17 land frogs in your garden but you spotted lots of tadpoles, froglets and underwater frogs in other gardens so you should due lots of land frogs. The 20th land frog spotted in your garden will lay the frogspawn.

You CAN see pot IDs on a Mac laptop/desktop (not the iPad or iPhone)
 
First: you need to enable "inspect element" on your device because Macs are not released with inspect element enabled. It's easy to do. A quick Google search - something like "How to enable inspect element on a Mac using Chrome" or whatever browser you use should bring up the steps for you.

Next:
  In storage, go to the pot you want to check.
  Hover over a pot for the "use" or "discard" options.
  Over the "use" option, press down with a right click (2 fingers on the trackpad). Do not release.
  When you press down in the right click, a drop-down menu should appear and have an "inspect" option.
  While still pressing down, drag your two fingers to highlight the inspect option, then release.
 
That should choose the inspect option, and a large window with a great deal of information will pop up. You may have to scroll around to see it, but you should see a highlighted section with the pot number in parentheses or brackets. The last digit in the pot ID number is the one that determines if the poinsettia will be
red (0-5), pink (6-7) or white (8-9).
