Hi Kathy, Joe said the first one was a "test" - a block.  The second was an epidural.  He said it helps but not completely.  He said he has to take Tylenol when he goes bowling.  But he bowls with very heavy balls.  I think 16 or 18 pounds.  And he walks with me when we get a chance.  I'll continue on back so I don't take up to much space.
