Good morning Marguerite. Wet and windy morning. Just put a wash on so it will go in the tumble drier after. Laura just rang to ask if I need any washing done,. She is so good but I want to start doing everything again. Not sure if Joan will be in today as she is cleaning and changing bedding after her visitors. Hope it is dry for your walk x   Phoenix ty

Morning Marguerite, yesterday wasn’t too bad raining for a while in the morning buts beautiful sunny afternoon ,I even found time to read some more of my book in the sunshine . Got  to go for a blood test this morning just to the surgery . Raining here xx

It was sunny here most of the day. I'm pleased you could spend some time in your garden. We went for a nice pier walk. We traditionally trick or treat on 11 November, because we are celebrating "Saint Maarten". He was a historial figure who died on that day, famous for sharing his belongings with the poor people. I've nearly finished the easy PL and started on the intermediate one. I've got to attract one more wren so it can nest. Have a great start to the week ☀️

a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! a grey squirrel spotted; thanks! the squirrels here have been feasting on the pumpkins on the back porch, and the one I have set on my little outdoor table. yes, it's cool enough now that we have to think about bundling up. I didn't today while running errands, but I did have a flannel shirt on. came home, was reading, and fell asleep. then I was awakened by my phone ringing. it was a call from an old friend who moved to one of the Carolinas a few years back. (I always forget which one is her home.) we had a lovely chat, and hopefully my nap was short enough I can sleep tonight. Dresden is happy as he just finished his dinner. he sends snuggles to you, and to Pippin while I send lots and lots of ear rubs to Pippin. take care, and keep warm! hugs! xxx

D is home. Bessie was thrilled! Running all over the place. Loving on him. She slept with us (him) last two nights. 
D is better, still on antibiotics. Keeping a close eye on him! Lol
