Good night splash! I’m sorry, I twitched as I was starting to read your message and I accidentally deleted your message without reading it. I hate it when I do that!
It’s really cold now, it’s dropped to -23 and with the wind it feels like -30. Overnight it’s dropping to -30 and the windchill makes it feel like -35  ugh.
I made a bunch of quiche yesterday, 30 mini ones and 2 full pie size. I froze most for easy breakfasts later on. Today I made a coconut cream pie and a blueberry Dutch baby and a cranberry Dutch baby. They are super easy and we love them! 4 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/8 to 1/4 tsp salt, lemon zest, 3 tbsp salt and 1/2 cup flour.  Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour, salt, sugar and lemon zest, mix well! Melt 2 tbsp butter in an oven safe pan and then add a cup of blueberries or cranberries, still to coat them and add the mixture and immediately put in a preheated oven. 450* for 15 min until puffed up. Dust with icing sugar. You can drizzle syrup over it if you want. It’s amazing!
