She rarely shared her poems, I found the last one she wrote after she passed.

Mouse, thanks hon :) My sister wrote poems... the last one she wrote was this "Into the darkness I follow the light. Plodding, eternally slow. That luxurious glow always tantalizing just ahead. Pleading for you to join it yet always one step beyond your grasp. The light is everything; knowledge, salvation, love, eternity. Yet the path to this glorious sphere is lived in shadows, all the shades of grey, white through black." She wrote this on Sept 3, 2000. She passed on Feb 12, 2001. I always felt it like a premonition she had.

The really sad thing is that she had a whole book of poems she gave my dad for his birthday on 1/6/2001. After she passed just a little more than a month later dad couldn't find the book. We search everywhere but it could not be found.

9 books of poetry and a ton of awards!! I'm impressed, you hiding your light under a barrel?? lol

Hi. I will try to get back into fairyland. I’ve been trying to stay busy, which isn’t hard around here. I’m going out to start working up the garden beds and to plant a few potatoes. I’m behind on starting seeds but I’ve got to get out there to try anyway. I hope you’re doing well.

Goodnight dear heart, I'm tired and off to bed. Did get to read for a couple hours today, and I think it might just get scary :)
