Morning Jennifer, hope the barbecue wasn’t rained of, we had showers yesterday so washing went on the airer. Granddaughter is fussy about how her clothes feel on her skin, so daughter is getting uniform fitting done early so that if it’s not suitable, she has other options. Was given lots of blackberries on Friday so I’m going to freeze them later

Hi Jen the smaller of my three apple trees is more manageable  it’s a baker so I’m able to pick all those and cook and freeze them for sauces and pies etc but the two huge ones are both eaters so at least I won’t need to buy apples every week for a while. Rather overcast here at the moments they’ve forecast a rather cloudy day so I’m going to make a quiche and a couple of apricot crumbles shoukd keep me out of mischief xx
