Hi! I wish you a happy weekend and hope all is well. a beautiful trip to Tennessee. My husband was born in Tennessee.Beautiful country. The people are so friendly and welcoming. a safe trip. It was nice to get away. We stayed at Pickwick State Park. Rons dad and mom are buried at Shiloh .    Lizzy is happy we are home,although she enjoys her boarding stay.     Take care      xx

Your chicken dish sounds great but no way would I go to all that trouble just for me. I had a hunters chicken ready meal from the supermarket. It had been reduced so I thought rather than fix something for myself I'd have that.  Tomorrow I'll have some scampi and Sunday I'll make an effort and have a proper chicken dinner with new potatoes, peas, carrots and any other frozen veg I find in the freezer.

Reading about your bone density made me think that when I was taking all the steroids they gave me calcium with vitamin D which helps protect the bones. 

Ness is working tomorrow so I'll miss the hall but will still visit Sheila, then stop off and get some wild bird food on my way home.

Hi Janet, it's been windy with temps of 70ish. I waited in for a parcel which didn't arrive until gone 2, still it gave me time to sort some more things out for the charity shop which I delivered before I did the shopping. I asked if they were accepting clothes but the don't want them yet. The lady I saw was one of the regular volunteers and she reckoned they may be taking them in during September, so I told her I'd leave them where they are [in my wardrobe] and perhaps sort some later in the year.

I caught Daryn when he arrived home and gave him a tub of tomatoes from my garden. I love them but they seem to ripen all together and no way can I eat about 10 a day so I spread them around my neighbours! I'll give the next lot to Ian and Sue.

Mischief watered the Sunflower, and spotted a Summer Field Mouse feeding on the Veggies! Ty

Good morning Janet. I’m glad you got the spare tire and that you made it to the doctors appointment and back safely. We are having a sleepover with just Liam tonight and then him and Larry are going to camp in the morning to get some work done there. I opted out for this.
