Good morning, Janet. I’m so glad I inspired you to make stew!! How was it? Larry had it for dinner last night and finished it up… on to something else to make. How has Randy been feeling? I have been in your place with leg cramps and I don’t recommend them. They are extremely painful…ugh. I haven’t had as many since I started taking magnesium. I can sometimes feel that “twinge” if you know , you know… but I’m able to stretch my calf muscle and stop it. The magnesium seems to help 💜
