Good morning Rebecca winter is coming but without those nasty monsters, even so when it freezes up and u gotta walk like a crab to avoid falling over terrifying enough. Almost 2 months back at work under this staggered program no way hoseh gonna be realistic to do 8 hours a day on any day, currently its monday 8, tuesday 0, wednesday 4, thurs 0 and fri 8, i think i may go 24 hours with flexitime still got apps flying off the shelve and landing on me table right now.
how did your back to work go, are you now 100% a fighting lean mean working machine ?

evening Rebecca still on the battlefield blindly running at the enemies in life. This week been a tuf one a tooth suddenly broke had to come twas a wisdom tooth and me own dentist said aint touching you with the heart stuff need to go to a clinik So from monday this week been having injections twice daily , had to learn to do themselve,, geees how do junkies actually start on such a crazy thing to do??? anyway thursday tooth came out , had to have an iv drop 20 mins before , during and after and man did it hurt and bleed thursday night. Just starting to ease today so relieived.
Next week is the  last 4 hour days work then back to full time but only working 2.5 days a week until march as  said, still think a lot of doc apps gotta be done but feeling positive. Hope you are feeling positive for the weekend and you get a nice surprise on the social calender , enjoy x

morning rebecca national holiday here today so taking a breather , twas a hard night with the beanie bag buddies yesterday but we also got new t-shirts so we can look the part lol.
Now just over 50% through the back to work provisional program up to 3 hours a day now not easy juggling that with the exxercises I am so supposed to do but managing it, next week will be 4 hours daily gonna get bit of a crush. From oct21 will be full time again with so much holiday to take will be taking a few days a week off until march 2025 so no more than 20 hours a week until then , then see how it goes. Assume you are now running at full speed and back into the groove.

gees 4 days already way way in front of me . I started two hours a day from this week incremented by an hour a day every 2 weeks until I wave the white flag. Aching this morning from the get a long gang meeting last night covered 4 kilometres did a lot of work, this time i took the offer of an after session drink but it wasnt my thing really themes a little serious not the wind down I thought it might have been , so you will be completely up to speed then and all systems go? I salute you, gonna be a few months here dont think I will make 4 days a week in saying that I dont wanna work 4 days a week !! It is looking good your way you must be pleased x

actually thats true what you just said, when i was in rehab first time and it got abandoned was sent to hospital for electric shock therapy to reset the heart (i know sounds awful), but there was me and 2 gals sent for the same, the morning before we got zapped with the defibrillator thing  we sat in a corner and just sat in a triangle and held hands in silence with tearful eyes we were just bloody terrified , it doesnt help when the doc says normally we only blast your heart for ten seconds , normally lol. Yikes we still keep in contact so yes there is some truth in what you said.

Absolutely right you cannot take a few random people off the streets, pulverise them, pour the powder into a huge mug, add a few gallons of water and out pop "instant friends" no such thing. But I can see the leader wants a kindof comrady kindof environment which is ok but will keep em at a distance! Tonight is round 2,and ready to go the distance, 1 year and 51 weeks left in the happy house with the shiney happy people. Hope the midweek climb to the top is smooth and after lunch the downhill run to the weekend is looking positive and turbulance free xx
