Tomorrow I'm going to see my cousin Christine as it's her 82nd birthday on Saturday and since she's busy Friday and I'll be out on Saturday I thought I'd better deliver her card and present. 

I spoke with Daryn today and he was telling me next week he's having time off to work on his back garden. There's still a huge pile of broken concrete on his parking space so maybe he'll be getting rid of that too. He's also got 2 huge bags [one ton I think] full of stone chippings to put somewhere, they've been on his space for months. I do wonder what he'll do if it keeps raining, get wet I suppose. lol

Hi Janet, I like the  look of the pool, Randy will be pleased when they've finished. If I had my arms up in the air and my head tilted backwards I think I'd just fall over! I'm wondering if we could have done it 50 years ago. lol

I've been to the library and to collect a new book, I'm only the second person to borrow it and there are several people waiting to borrow it too which makes me feel that I've got to read it quickly which is daft. I can have it for 3 weeks and that should be plenty of time.

I didn't try to see auntie today as I think my cousin would have taken her back to North Norfolk after her trip to the hospital. Today is her youngest son's 60th birthday and she'd want to be there for that. I suspect they'll all be out celebrating this evening.
