Frigid, blustery sprinkles. 🥶🧊🥶🧊💙   Good morning Judy!  Oh wow - you are definitely worse off than me - frigid AND snowy - that's a deadly duo!   We have sunshine right now, but it's 1 degree with a "feels like" temp of -9 with the wind - just nasty.   But at least I have a much-needed hair appt today - that will help!  lol   I think even Florida has temps in the 20s and 30s right now.   It doesn't seem to be very nice anywhere.

Hi Hun, thanks for the Snowy Owl. It was another bright start to the day here , but as is the norm now rain on the way again. Gosh that is very cold sweetie, and to think that sort of weather can last until March must be so frustrating and such hard work to keep the snow at bay. Nice to have a bit of pampering at the hairdressers. l do miss that. There is still no hairdressers in our local shopping centre. K is now so fed up with our scooters not always working he is buying a new small one similar to the one he has now that has seen better days. It will do we dont travel more than the 12 miles it does and it will fit in a car should we need it to. Have a good day sweetie. Love and Hugs Sis xxx

FFM spotted...thank you Judy! My knees are stiff and sore...they are telling me that we will get wintry precip. Lol. It should be snowing by the afternoon. Another 3 to 6 inches expected. It's 16 degrees as I write this. Will warm to low twenties today. No above freezing Temps til next week. Brrr. I'm glad the stretches help the sciatica.  I hope you're feeling so much better.
