We have a woodpecker just appeared  so can expect early wake up calls for next few months  as we have a wood just behind our house and he takes great pleasure in drilling holes in there 😀

Yes I'm so happy apart frim still being sore but now I dont have that worry i can work on pain relief for my hip. Dont think I'll be ready for a hip replacement yet 😆  its hard trying to see a GP nowadays  but if I can get a strong painkiller that doesnt make me sick then hopefully I can move on in life again x
