Hi,Von. Yesterday was cold and gloomy here. After church I watched the village Remembrance Parade. They shut off the village. So no chance of getting home till it was over. Managed to see the last of the Parade from London.
Blackpool next week. !! See what Strictly can come up with. !!
Being only me. I have no problems about Christmas. Send cards and that is it !!
Off to the service at the War Memorial in the Cemetery. They all ways hold the 2 minute silence there on the 11th.

Hi,Von. The only address I have for Carol is Kay's, her daughter, where she moved too. She certainly misses Keith. They did everything together. As you know, it is hard to get over. The older and longer you have been together the harder.
Will pass on  your love to Mary. We only seem to meet up around once a month for lunch. Me, and the car are getting on !! No pleasure in driving these days.

Hi Von. Went and saw June this morning. She had had a fall early Wednesday morning. But would not go in the ambulance to hospital .Ambulance checked her .So the dr. came yesterday. She is fine. Just shook up. So I told Lynne I would pop over.

Very hot here today. Going to be hotter over the week end .Went and saw June this morning.. before it got too hot to be in the car !! She was fine. All ways pleased to see me.
Next door to me are having their garden landscaped. Everything is going. Having new fences as well. Dread to think how much it is costing. Be interesting to see how it turns out !!
