I sent videos -- he's growing like a weed!! 4 weeks old today.. crawling around all over the place, just starting to try KMR2 with wet food, gets very frustrated with his bottle and is teething like no tomorrow. claws get stuck everywhere and the other cats are not amused. LOL

good morning ~ ahh you have baby raccoons, cute lil guys ~ before they started trapping all the skunks in my neighborhood, I had a momma bringing her babies in all the time for drinks of water & play time ~ I did have a racoon problem this Spring ~ trapped & relocated to a great spot for them ~ trapped 4 !! ~ nice to chat with you ~ wishing you a Beautiful Day

no, I'm out here in the sticks BUT the media hype is making that LA situation a LOT worse than it was.. it's like 4 square blocks not the entire city.
The baby is now about 2 weeks (I had to lower my birth date estimate to 'he was 1 day old when I found him') and his eyes are almost completely open. He's got fever coat which isn't a big deal and should shed out and he's such a good little eater.  I need to post some more pictures of him now that I feel better about his survival odds.  I was hoping my queen Zelda would help but all she does is hiss at him... she MAY still change her mind as he gets older.  She's spayed and raised 3 of her own and 3 more Brad found a year later but this one is a LOT smaller than they were.  The dog is WAAAY too interested but I don't think she wants to hurt him... just she's too big and he's waay too little.   Best days...
