Hi Evelyn, aw Hun l hate it when that happens it puts the schedule you have planned in your head all  over the place . If the chairs are Oak dont dump them put them on a for sale site and get a few £'s for them if they are in reasonable condition. It will be handy to put in the budget pot lol. . SIL has kept you waiting a bit hasnt he Hun?. Oh yes l agree on that one these lights in the stores or catalogues do vary from the actual item quite often. We have to have a new boiler , the engineer has arranged for the landlords surveyor to come on Monday morning. He will say if we need new radiators too. Hopefully it will be a quick process, and apparently be more economic on the one we have now that is over 20 years old and makes a heck of a noise . I hope all will fall into place for you soon Hun.
