Hi Kathy, well I at least have the 3 correct shapes & the pentagon shape I need to find the right color. But boy, then I have to find all the others..LOL It's going to take awhile that's for sure. Aside from taking multiple tries to find the right shapes and colors it hasn't been hard to hunt for candies. I've found what I needed pretty easily. There are some really good YouTube videos that's for sure. When I was a kid I used to draw horses and flowers. It's been a long time. Still dry and warm here. We will have a terrible fire season if we don't get some good snow pack in the mountains. In class last week we worked on painting bunnies. LOL I'm not done with the picture yet. Glad to hear the gas check went well. The last time I had Maples teeth done it cost 1500$. I'm hoping it won't be that expensive this time. I bought Meja a heated bed. So nice to hear from you. I'm glad you are doing okay. I saw the picture of the bin strike and the end results that you posted on FB. That would be a difficult situation. Makes it hard when you have to constantly move stuff. We had a 10 day period of below freezing temps in January. Then a little bit of rain & now February is almost 60 degrees, and sunny no rain in sight for the next couple of weeks from the looks of it. Maple will get her teeth cleaned on the 16th of Feb. Sweetie is doing okay, Meja is doing okay. I've been out cutting down blackberry bushes. It's a good time they are not growing & are some what easier to chop down. LOL  Watercolor class has been fun. I've been trying to draw. Ha! that's going to take some time to develop any skill. Otherwise, things are okay here. The candies are not easy. No worries, I am always happy when someone is successful when hunting. We are all just trying to grow our garden. I made a mess of my garden yesterday. Now I just have to have patience and keep going. Happy hunting.

The stew does smell good. I'm looking forward to a bowl for dinner. Boy it sounds like you are getting the snow storm. It's mid 40's here and cloudy. Sounds like we are going to be dry for a week. Glad you didn't risk taking the bin out. Falling would not be a good thing. Maple woke me up at 3am. She wanted to get off the bed & get in her dog bed. So after that I couldn't go back to sleep. I'm tired. I got the poinsettias traced and I think I'm going to paint one pink, one white & one red. We will see how it goes. It's going to take awhile because it's full size picture.
